As an organisation that works most closely with and provides access to this group, here are a few comments:
- worth considering adding 'civil servants'/'officials' as local government staff not always consider themselves as policymakers, whilst they are most engaged in the development and implementation of democracy innovation; this is to ensure they understand the programme has a lot to offer to them too
The description is attractive and fully reflects what the programme offers. However, the language is quite flamboyant. Considering that proficiency in English varies across civil servants, we recommend simplifying the language and creating shorter sentences.
